In December 2014 IndigoBlue Consult has completed a period of technical assistance to the Public Entity Bonaire, aimed at quality improvement of child and after-school care.
Over a period of more than a year, IndigoBlue Consult has provided technical support to the Public Entity Bonaire in relation with the improvement of the quality of child and after-school care. This support has consisted of various components: research, development of measuring instruments, advice, broadening support, promotion of expertise and support in policy development. In summary, 10 products were delivered: quality measurement tool, results quality measurements 2013, cost calculation child and after school care, results of representative needs assessment of parents, various training courses and workshop for childcare organisations, Proposal to amend the childcare regulation, popular version of the child care regulation, proposal of the inspection body / complaints committee, proposal complaints procedure, scenarios subsidy policy.
