IndigoBlue Consult has carried out the evaluation of the project Nos ta Konekta in the neighborhood Domi on behalf of Fundashon Kòrsou Habri.
Nos ta Konektá (NTK) is a project in which young people in disadvantaged neighborhoods are offered access to the Internet. It is a precondition for being able to use the Internet and the accompanying digital device (laptop or tablet) to participate in lessons on computer and internet use, media literacy and dealing with information (collecting, processing, presenting). The project in Domi is the third ‘version’ of the project: NTK 3.0 and was carried out from September 2018 to June 2019. A digital questionnaire has been developed and completed twice by all participants in the program (baseline measurement and final measurement). To compile this questionnaire, use was made of existing indicators that are used internationally by OECD, UNESCO and the EU, among others, to measure ICT use and skills in children and young people.
