Research & evaluation

IndigoBlue Consult has broad knowledge and experience in the field of applied research, varying from monitoring and evaluation research, setting up tracking systems, organizing focus groups, developing questionnaires, inventory surveys, customer satisfaction surveys and traffic research.

Selection of projects

  • Baseline Study Poverty. A representative household survey in 4 regions of Curaçao aimed at data collection about poverty on neighborhood and household level and the development of a multi-dimensional poverty score card. Ministry of General Affairs Curaçao.
  • Customer satisfaction survey. Quantitative research (digital questionnaire) among large consumers of water and electricity services in Bonaire. WEB Bonaire
  • Connection between education and labor market. A combination of in-depth interviews, survey and focus groups aimed at mapping the experiences of companies and educational institutions. KBB Curaçao
  • Analysis of traffic problems at Caracasbaaiweg. Origin-destination research, traffic countings etc. Ministry of Traffic, Transport and Urban Planning Curaçao

Value creation and change making

Independent advise, developing concepts, preparing new policies for different entities, organizational re-engineering, community development, developing educational materials, giving workshops and teaching.

  • Workshops to guide an umbrella organization for youth care in defining purpose, vision and mission statements. Using Theory of Change and Result Based Management methodology to formulate concrete strategies.
  • Guest teacher on various topics. The University of Curaçao
  • Preparing a policy paper about the added value and promotion of Cooperative Businesses and Cooperating Education in Curacao. Ministry of Economic Development Curacao
  • Guiding the transformation towards a new coordinating sports foundation in Curacao. Part of consortium Ministry of General Affairs

Preparing and writing project plans, programs and funding requests, management and coordination of implementation and evaluation of projects and multidisciplinary programs.
