Commissioned by the Ministry of Social Development, Labor and Welfare, IndigoBlue Consult fulfills the role of independent national coordinator Kodigo di Protekshon. In collaboration with an interministerial implementation team, a legal framework is being developed and a structure is being set up to support professionals in applying the protection code. This structure consists of the presentation of a platform / website, capacity building and the introduction of attention officers for all professional groups. These attention officers support professionals in identifying suspicions of child abuse and relational violence and responding as adequately as possible. The first step that has been taken from Indigo Blue is the joint development of a Theory of Change and the translation of this into a concrete action plan.
