IndigoBlue Consult has used quantitative and qualitative methods to investigate the effects of the Favela Street Project on the young people who participated in the project.
Favela Street Project is an initiative of former professional football player Rocky Hehakaija, directing at creating a new generation of strong role models through the power of street footbal. This project was introduced in Curaçao in 2019 as part of an anti poverty approach in different neighborhoods. IndigoBlue took care of the impact assessment using survey questionnaires and in depth interviews to measure the effect of the project. Elly Hellings also wrote a background article for the Antillean Newspaper.
