It outlines clear strategies and activities across four key impact areas—social, cultural, economic, and environmental—and provides a practical framework to transform creative energy into long-term, measurable impact. From placemaking and entrepreneurship to greening projects and cultural festivals, the roadmap serves as both a compass and a commitment to sustainable, locally led transformation.
