Commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate in the Netherlands, IndigoBlue Consult has conducted research into the quality of postal services on the BES islands in the Caribbean Netherlands. The research consisted of various parts, including a customer satisfaction survey, a track & trace survey, in-depth interviews, focus groups and a Theory of Change approach. The final report was presented to the House of Representatives by the Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy on 12 October 2021.
