As a participant in a consortium of organizations, IndigoBlue Consult supported the Ministry of General Affairs in the reorganization of sports foundation Sedreko towards Fundashon Desaroyo Deportivo Kòrsou.
In the Curaçao sports policy plan 2013 – 2017, the Curaçao government has indicated that it wishes to organize the coordination of its implementation differently. Until that time, there were various organizations charged with parts of the sports policy, the intention here was to carry out a reorganization in order to move towards one new management and coordinating organization. A consortium of external advisers has been engaged to guide this reorganization process. IndigoBlue Consult has provided support in this process in the field of change management and the writing of relevant documents, including a white paper and business plan.
