To support Green Kidz’ organisational strategy IndigoBlue has facilitated two workshops.
The NGO Green Kidz went through an organizational change in which there was a need for external advice and input. Elly Hellings of IndigoBlue Consult has broad experience in guiding NGOs and has given two workshops using the Canvas Business Model and the Theory of Change.
