In preparation for a revision of the social security system on Curacao, IndigoBlue has carried out a bottleneck analysis at the Ministry of Social Development, Labor and Welfare on Curacao on behalf of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. By means of a bottom-up approach, joint solutions for the bottlenecks identified have been formulated. The Theory of Change model was used to present the findings.
