Commissioned by UNICEF the Netherlands, IndigoBlue developed a vision document and a comprehensive social directory of parenting support services in Aruba and Curaçao. Through an inclusive and participatory process involving parents, professionals, and stakeholders, we created a strategic framework and Theory of Change for accessible, culturally sensitive, and practical parenting support. The vision promotes a 2-Generation Approach, with a strong focus on empowerment, social equity, and collaboration. The project yielded a clear action agenda and a comprehensive directory of existing interventions to inform future implementation.
